Customer events
The SHARKGROUP AG regards personal contact with customers as the basis of good cooperative relations. We also foster these relations to help us continuously improve and develop.
In addition to customer visits by our sales representatives, we always look forward to the various events. Customers and employees regularly meet and get to know each other personally. The events are always organized in cooperation with our partner companies.
Christmas tree event
We love Advent and this customer event for the whole family – and there is certainly plenty of anticipation when the three companies Direct Handling, Profloor and enia flooring invite customers to come and find a Christmas tree. The relaxed customer event on the Tannenhof organic farm in Kloten is popular with young and old alike and has become somewhat of a tradition. In addition to the Christmas tree, which the families choose and chop down themselves, customers are also treated to barbecued sausages, raclette and soup. The younger guests particularly enjoy the pony rides.
Trade fairs
Whether Domotex, Suissefloor, netto trade fair or performance show: trade fairs are always a good opportunity to establish and maintain customer contacts. The elaborately arranged trade fair stands offer us as the SHARKGROUP group of companies the opportunity to show extensive product ranges and present products in a practical manner. It is particularly exciting for us when we or our partner companies launch the new products and capture initial reactions and feedback on them.
Roadshow
SHARKGROUP on Tour - technically innovative, conceptually successful, humanly convincing.
The roadshow at various locations in Switzerland is the perfect forum to present the rapidly growing product range of the SHARKGROUP as a group of companies. It offers us the unique opportunity to present our innovations to selected specialists in small groups. The dialogue and intensive exchange with the visitors is always a great benefit for us, as well as for the customers.
Bike event
The partner company Direct Handling can present an event with the stars of the scene to a selected clientele through the commitment to the SCOTT-SRAM MTB Racing Team around Nino Schurter. Our customers are also invited to this event as part of the cooperation. At this event, mountain bike fans will get their money's worth, regardless of their riding level.
In small groups for beginners or advanced you train with the close stars of the SCOTT-SRAM MTB Racing Team everything for even more driving pleasure and skill on the bike.
